Our Programs This section is dedicated to community programs and events that the Foundation Board members and our volunteers have or will be working hard to bring to the community. Below you can read about each of our programs or events that we are planning. Each day there are approximately 2100 children reported missing. The reasons range from abductions, just vanished or runaway. It is up to us as parents and community members to take a stand against the evils who want to hurt our children. |
Child Identification Program Currently the FindMonica Foundation is developing a Child Identification Program (Modeled after the Winston-Salem N.C. Optimist Club) that is like no other seen in our area. The Child ID Program will be held in various locations that will be announced here on our site and through the area media. This service is free to the communities due to the gracious giving by our cooperate sponsors. The Child ID program is extensive in nature. DNA samples along with the child's information, fingerprints, photographs and a short video will be gathered at the event on each child. The information (except DNA Packet) will then be placed on a compact disk, packaged and turned over to the parent or guardian. The DNA kit will also be packaged along with the CD and instructions to the parent or guardian as to what to do should a catastrophic event occur. The parent or guardian can then give the packet of information to law enforcement and with a matter of minutes the information can then be distributed to media, other law enforcement agencies and other resources within minutes within a 100 to 200 mile radius. Software will be provided to the area police agencies. Our first event will be announced soon. For more information on this feel free to contact us. You may also see the program information HERE . |

"I have been more than pleased with the work that the Find Monica Foundation is doing for my family. Not only have they helped us with a website for my missing father "George Zelaya" they have given us their support and prayers. To everyone that works for the Find Monica Foundation and especially those who have worked closely with my family, thank you! You make me believe there are angels on earth." Susan Zelaya
"I would like to say thank you for bringing this subject to our attention. The self-defense class opened my eyes that we have not taught my kids enough about this subject" Luke and Amanda Smith
"I want to say a very huge thanks to Donny Brown and the FindMonicaFoundation. I can't believe the amount of work done in just the very short time I submitted my missing adult sister to Donny. I actually had my first nights sleep in months after help from Donny and the Foundation. It gave me some peace knowing someone is out there that CARES and is doing everything in their power to help me find my sister. I am telling everyone I know about FindMonicaFoundation. This has been the answer to prayer I have been searching for. My thanks will be eternal to Donny and FindMonicaFoundation. My prayers are also with Donny and his family that Monica will be found." Thank You Most Kindly,
"I can not thank you enough, for taking the time to list my only son on your site. It gives us hope that someday we will be able to put our son to rest. I would like to tell you a bit about our wonderful son, Austin was a wonderful young man not just because he was one of gods gifts to our family. He was very popular, we were not even aware until after this nightmare." Darby Longoria Austin Jay Childs Missing since April 9th 2005
"Hello to all of you. I am sending this e-mail to say Thank You for what you do. To be honest I had never looked at a missing persons sight until my baby sister went missing. One day I found myself on the find Monica sight. It just felt right to add my baby sister to the sight that day. And with so much help from Donny I was able to make it look and say what I felt. I now look often and read about others who have missing or slain loved ones. It is heart breaking, but with your help there is hope. I received a response to my sisters sight on the Find Monica web sight and I am very sure it aided in the arrest of a suspect. We still have a very long road to hoe but we will fight for as long as it takes to get the justice Dana deserves. And a special Thank You to Donny. I know I will be contacting you in the future to help me again. Debbie Taylor Lankford |
